Can I place a screen print order?

Screen printed orders typically take 4 weeks to produce, during the holiday season that is increased. We are no longer accepting holiday screen printing orders after October 31.

How quickly will my order ship?

We try to ship orders as quickly as we have stock, however with higher volumes expect delays of up to 10 more business days. If you have a deadline you're working with, call us at: 888-374-5250 and we will try to work with you. 

Because of shipping service deadlines, we will not be able to ship holiday orders after December 15, 2017. We need time to process your towels, and having our deadline early allows us to make and ship your gift in time for the holidays. 

Yes, of course you can! The more you order, however, the lower shipping you’ll pay per item.

Yes, we do! Many crafters and artists use our screen printing and embroidering services. Custom orders of less than 20, however, make it difficult to offer low pricing. If you’re interested in placing a small order, please contact us.

Standard orders ship within 5-7 business days, as your order is processed and inspected once placed. Your order may ship faster, but we don’t guarantee this unless we’ve made a specific arrangement with you. If you need something sooner, contact us; we may be able to expedite your order.

Wholesale discounts are calculated during checkout. If you want more than 3,000 flour sack items, or more than 300 of any other item, we recommend you contact us before placing the order to make sure we have availability on your timeline.

We work with the most expert, high quality mills and factories around the world, including several located in the USA. When choosing our suppliers, we look for those who have the most expertise in their field, who employ the highest quality manufacturing methods, and who behave sustainably to their employees, local economy and the environment.

With some of our products, we’ve found the best suppliers in the USA. For other products, such as our authentic American Flour Sack material, we’ve partnered with mills in India, which offer legacy expertise and a dedication to sustainable manufacturing.

Many of our products are processed and finished here in our own facilities, so even if it’s not milled in the USA, chances are that it’s finished here.

While the short answer to this question is “no”, there’s much more to the story. The farmers and mills we work with have not undergone the vastly expensive, logistically complex process of gaining official organic certification. In many cases this process is simply too cost-prohibitive, and would price their products out of the market. Instead, they rely on the same holistic, sustainable farming methods which farmers have used for generations to produce both a quality product and healthy land for future generations. The mills and factories we purchase from have built long-term relationships with the farmers who supply them, and sustainability is key to how they do business.
